At Specialist Joinery Group we have always been a company that puts people first. It is because of this we have made the difficult decision to pause activity in production and on-site to protect the health and safety of our employees, customers, suppliers and the wider community.
We have put every measure in place to ensure extremely safe working practices in our manufacturing facility, however we cannot control the safe working conditions for our on-site teams.
From Friday 27th March, all manufacturing and on-site activity will be paused for at least 7 days and this will then be reviewed on a weekly basis. Following this we will have the facility to manufacture and store products on the request of our client base. Currently there are some limitations within our supply chain following the government announcement, however the Specialist Team can work closely with you to guide and advise on products available.
We also want to provide reassurance that the sales, estimating, finance, design and technical functions are all still functioning and operating remotely with great video facilities to keep connected.
This is a temporary measure to protect the people we care about and to do the right thing to support our NHS. We will monitor the situation on a weekly basis and will re-open fully for business as soon as it is deemed safe to do so.
As a team we will get through this and come out of it stronger, we are keen to bounce back and react to our client’s needs.
