We worked successfully in partnership Main Contractor John Sisk & Sons Limited to deliver this high spec project to time, cost and quality. Dublin Private Clinic who own Blackrock Clinic, aimed to enhance the total patient experience and assist in delivering premier personal care and clinical excellence.

The Blackrock Clinic challenged Specialist Group to think more intensively about our on site operations. The limited building footprint, required out goods be craned into the building and this required detailed coordination between Specialist Group and the Main Contractor.

Due to the scale of the project and the working environment (partially live hospital), detailed project planning and scheduling was required to minimise disruption to the hospital staff and patients.
